Conditions
Important fee and enrolment information
- The fee schedule includes a daily food charge covering morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea.
- Children must be enrolled for a minimum of 2 days a week with a daily minimum of 6 hours.
- A minimum of 2 weeks' notice is required for booking changes and un-enrolment.
- Additional time is charged at $7.00 per hour or $3.00 for 30 minutes.
- The centre is not licensed to care for children outside of opening hours. A penalty of $30 per 10 minutes may be charged for late collection.
- We offer 20 ECE hours for children over 3 years old, up to 6 hours per day and 20 hours per week. Entitlement ceases after 3 weeks of continuous absence.
- Fees are payable for 52 weeks of the year and are charged for statutory holidays, holidays, sick days, and absences.
- Failure to keep fees up to date may result in enrolment being forfeited and debt recovery costs being passed on to the parent.
- Families may be eligible for WINZ subsidies or Working for Families childcare assistance.
- Outside activities brought into the centre, or some centre-organised trips, may incur additional costs.

The enrolment agreement also records the official identity document sighted by staff and family details such as authorised pickups and custodial arrangements. Bringing those details with you will help the enrolment process run smoothly.
